By downloading, installing, or using the Cosmetrack application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Cosmetrack is an application that allows you to catalog, organize, and track your cosmetics inventory using AI-powered image recognition technology. While we strive to provide a quality service, we make no guarantees about the App's availability or functionality.
To use features of the App, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
We use AI technology to attempt to identify cosmetic products based on images you provide. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all products will be correctly identified. Users should always verify the information provided by the App. There is currently no opt-out option for this feature. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Cosmetrack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party resources, including images and libraries used within the App, are owned by their respective owners and are listed in the "Resources" section in the App.
You agree not to use the App:
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
We provide the App “as is” and “as available,” which means we don’t make any promises about how it will work for you. Cosmetrack doesn’t offer any guarantees—like that the App will always work perfectly, fit your specific needs, or be free of bugs. Use it at your own discretion.
Cosmetrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
